Patriot Teens class is a strength and conditioning program focusing on proper mechanics and body awareness. We also cover nutrition and encourage confidence in individual and team efforts.
This class runs 6 weeks in duration and space is limited to eight at a time. This is so we can provide expert instruction in small group classes, ensuring your young adult gets the most out of our program.
Our current class which runs from 17 September to 28 October and will close out our 2018 year.
Our 2019 year will Start In January with the 12 week Teen “All the Gains Challenge’. This will be a competition to see which teen can have the most improvement in 12 weeks. It will be a test of power, speed, and cardio stamina.
