Patriot Teens is a crossfit style class designed for strength and conditioning that focuses on proper mechanics and body awareness. Our teens improve their endurance, strength, speed, and agility during their six week session. We also cover nutrition and encourage confidence in individual and team efforts.
This class runs 6 weeks in duration and space is limited so that we can provide expert instruction in small group classes, ensuring your young adult gets the most out of our program.
Our classes run in six week sessions for $230 a session. The class meets three days a week(Mon, Wed, Fri) from 3:00-4:00pm. Contact the gym for all the details of our next session and to sign up your teen.
