Crossfit Level 1 Trainer
I started my fitness journey like many in a traditional gym. I remember a personal trainer asking me if my goal was to lose fat or gain muscle. I never liked the idea of having to choose one or the other.
In 2008 I joined the Navy as a rescue swimmer. That’s when I started spending time with some athletic types. It wasn’t until 2012 that I was introduced to CrossFit by my supervisor who was also a level 1 trainer. When I came back from that deployment I was in the best shape of my life and I was hooked.
I believe in surrounding myself with high performing individuals that enjoy watching others succeed. Crossfit is a community built on the same principle. I look forward to giving back to that community as a level 1 trainer here at CF3P.
