Teams of 2 (36 Min running clock)

1- 20 Wallballs 20/14#, 20 Double unders, 2 Wall Walks

2- 3 Burpees, 3 Push-ups, 3 air squats

3- 10 cal row, 20 Sit-ups, 6 Mtn Climbers

4- 12 Lunges w/ 35/25# DBs, 12 Push Press w/ DBs, 12 Box Jumps 24/20″

5- 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats

6- EMOM 1- D ball over the shoulder 30/20#, 2- Wall Sit

*partners will remain at each station for 6 min
